Upgrading is always a risk, but nobody seems to fix anything. It looks like they only let units spin out of control. The first unit I bought was dead on arrival. Sent back for a refund. The second unit I bought arrived very late but worked. Four days later it broke and wouldn't turn on again. I let it cool down to see if it was thermal but no luck. I just returned it. Please note that the warranty you purchased will do nothing for you and no refunds will be given. I bought three of these warranties only to give up price and no product. I think they should refund the "coverage" if they cancel the transaction and refund the money. It actually meant ZERO STARS, but you can't.
