I ordered this tool as a last chance - if it doesn't work we'd have to buy a new toilet! I accidentally flushed my toothbrush down the toilet with a bucket of water. The thing got stuck on a straight line between two curves and it was impossible to pull it out! We pulled the toilet off the floor, took it outside and turned it up and down! It was useless. Nothing. The snake went right past the bush. So I ordered this tool. Honestly I doubted it would work but it was cheaper than the TOILET. It was like playing a crane in a slot machine, except I couldn't see the claw. And then I felt it. And would you believe that I pulled out my toothbrush on the fifth try!?! I couldn't be more excited. I literally screamed! Don't doubt this great product. GENIUS!
