This is a well designed stand for wheeled miter saws. It has a sturdy construction - much stronger than many of its competitors in this price range. And contrary to some other reviews and complaints, it's stored upright with a saw. (See below.) ASSEMBLY: Simple, but DO NOT follow instructions and DO NOT open legs before installing handle and wheel assembly. Very tight below; Keeping the legs folded, work the block on the head. VERSATILE: Easily connects to my 10" Ryobi slip-joint miter saw; includes adapters for saws with non-standard base holes. Folds horizontally on the floor or vertically against a wall to save space (see below). CONSTRUCTION: Sturdy, strong, durable with heavy gauge steel and clever design (e.g. legs can be folded both ends first). and installation requires care and strength (but what big tool doesn't?) STORAGE: Can be stored folded flat (see image 1) or upright with saw attached (see image 2). engineer and, yes, this is a trick not invented by the manufacturer) is to slightly lengthen the extension of the material support and turn the support rod to the side (see detail in Fig. 3). Be sure to attach the extension and support rod. Voila!
