I ordered it at the end of February and was able to use it on my Firestick except for the volume button. Today March 31st is closed. I can only use it by removing the battery for a while and then putting it back in, and I have a brief window before it stops working. No, these aren't batteries because the problem is that the light stays on like I've pushed a button. The remote control didn't fall, it just stopped working for no reason. Needless to say, I just ordered a replacement remote and paid full price for a real Fire Stick remote. You get what you paid for, so don't worry if you don't find your remote in a week or so. Stay away.
