I'm in love with this Wacool robot vacuum cleaner! For so many reasons! I own a Roomba and I love it, but you are paying for a well-known brand. The price of this Wacool is amazing compared to the quality you get! It was packaged in this beautiful box with a handle and everything was carefully packed. The manual for the vacuum cleaner is very well written and easy to read. The package includes the device itself, charging station, power adapter, handy remote control with 2 AA batteries (included), cleaning tool, 4 side brushes (2 to insert into the device and 2 extra), 2 filters (1 extra) and user manual. The remote control is very easy to use - just insert the 2 included AA batteries and you're good to go (once fully charged of course!). In the upper-left corner of the remote control is an auto-delete button that looks like a zigzag. I love this feature. You can choose between standard cleaning, turbo cleaning or silent cleaning. The standard cleaning is actually still much quieter than my Roomba. Silence is perfect for the night or for napping while your little ones sleep as you can barely hear it! The turbo option is very strong! You can also set the clock on the remote control. The only issue I had was that the time wasn't syncing to the device itself, but that doesn't matter. It is not necessary to read the time on the device. The guide also makes it clear that you need a 2.4G WiFi network to connect. I have 5G so I couldn't connect it over WiFi. However, the manufacturer has clarified that you need 2.4G for it to work. Personally, I definitely prefer the remote control! I vacuumed upstairs two days ago with a Shark which is doing a great job and today I used this Wacool robot vacuum. You won't believe what he collected! The dust container (large) was completely full! So yes I am very happy with this product and would thoroughly recommend it if you have pets! I have 2 dogs and this is truly a lifesaver for me! The super slim design also allows it to sneak under my entertainment centers and couches while my brand can't. It can also maneuver over carpeted floors with ease! He rarely gets stuck... my hero. Like I said...in love! 🥰
