Full compliance with the manufacturers assurances, high quality.

I bought last year as a second camera in the family for my wife. Therefore, I bought only body, without a lens. The Sigma 17-50 mm f / 2.8 lens was immediately prescribed on it, which is practically not removed from it. As the first camera in life or the second camera in the family for the wife - a great choice. The camera, in fact, is set up once (AutoWB, AutoISO, matrix metering, focusing on the center cross-shaped point with recomposition, AF-S) and only turn the aperture dial. The camera will do the rest for you. The camera is used in the mode of a walking camera for a couple of photos for yourself or as a second camera when traveling with a universal lens aimed at stocks. After its appearance, several problems were solved. My wife stopped snatching out my camera and now highly specialized lenses live on the main camera, for example, a macro lens, ultra-wide, telephoto or portrait lens - the problem of refastening lenses is gone. In short, the camera is very worthy for the money, take it, you won't regret it.

Pros
  • - a good matrix with a fairly wide DD and realistic color reproduction; - comfortable grip with one hand control; - nimble operation of the interface; - excellent work of automation, especially BB and ISO; - the battery "clicks" 800-900 frames on the "native" battery, on the Chinese - 600-650;
Cons
  • For such money there is no: - Some people miss a "screwdriver", but this D3xxx series never had one. In the modern Nikon Z series, it does not exist at all. The use of D-optics is possible only on expensive cameras of the d7xxx and FF series. But the old optics are not as sharp and contrasting as modern ones; - Sufficiently truncated push-button control. But is it necessary on an amateur walking camera? Once set up through the menu and everything, automation will do everything for you; - An old AF module, but the center point is cross-shaped and quite accurate and tenacious, moreover, this is not a sports camera, so why is there a module with 99 cross-shaped points? - The absence of the "Fn" button, but on older models, not very many functions could be assigned to it. I had ISO on my old D3100. But here the ISO can only be changed by a whole stop, and AutoISO does it 1/3 and very accurately, and you can’t hang other functions on it. - The absence of a touch screen, but this would make the camera more expensive and you will not take pictures on the screen, because there is JVI.

I like it, I actively use it. It shoots well, the pictures are juicy and bright. For permanent use, it will suit any amateur photographer like me. But not for professionals of course.
