Maybe the worst guide I've seen on technology with a generally terrible application. After you've set up both the button and hub, you'll need to set up Routines on your Alexa device, NOT in the BroadLink app. Outside of customization, the app is useless β you can't even use it to test routines you've created with Alexa. Apart from that it works. Because this works motion-based (when you press a button, it's called "motion detection"), there's a slight delay between the button being pressed and the actual action, and since that depends on the hub, the hub needs to be inside Scanning distance without significant hindrance. What I like about the product: 1. Wireless push button with a wall hook that can be screwed or glued to the wall (both options are available) is a big reason I still have this product. 2. Comes with stickers so you know which button is what (didn't use it but thought it was cool) 3. Lights up in the top left corner to confirm you actually clicked it.
