I wanted a cell phone stand with suction cups. I found one on 5 Below that I liked but they have since stopped selling it. I bought 2 at the time and used both for 3 years (one straight after the other) with no problems. This. I hardly used it for a week and it has already fallen out of place. Tbf, I didn't stick it on the windshield or any glass like surface, it was on the faux leather in my car, tbh. it just ended up where I like it and where one of the 5 below has stayed for years with no problems. Thank goodness this one comes with a backup vent clip that holds up nicely without getting in the way of the vent position. Had I known one of them was going to fail so early, I would have just gone with the half price bleed valve. It might not matter much to some, I'm just a bargain shopper and it didn't feel like it. My other criticism of this phone holder is that if you have a pop jack on the back of your phone like I do, the holder doesn't hold the phone as securely as I would like. The sturdy, flat back and short arms make the phone protrude too much, making it feel like it doesn't hold my phone securely enough. As a result, I ordered a new case for the phone, let's see what happens.
