Review on Air Lift LoadLifter 5000 Air Spring Kit (57284) by Jacob Rasmussen

Installed airbags and wireless air compressor system. The supercharger control only dropped the airbag pressure to 5# and held the pressure at 5#, the ride was very harsh and uncomfortable. Added a switch to turn off the supercharger and lower the airbag pressure to 2# and the ride improved but didn't return to the original. Drive a camper trailer next week to see if the performance under load justifies the trade-off with unloaded stiffness. I will update. I will update. Spoke to AirLift Tech Support about a horrible ride. The 5000 series is designed for continuous use. They recommended Airlift 2000 for my part-time job. 5000 returned and 2000 installed on my 2015 F-150. The difference between day and night actually improved the ride with 5# pressure. Hitched the camper and leveled the truck, pulled perfectly.
