Super rough/hard with no trailer.

Works as it should when towing a heavy trailer. However, when there's no trailer, it hits the bumps in the rear so hard that you're thrown off the spot. Removed the valve stems from the channel to make it as soft as possible. It helped a little, but it's still unbearable. When passengers ride with me and we suddenly hit a bump in the road, they look as shocked as if we just had an accident. 2018 f-150 EcoBoost

EASY INSTALLATION great results.

I'm not a mechanic and was able to install it in about 2 hours with minimal effort. with a large jack and a set of cranes, not on gravel, I think it could be done in 1 hour. I've only had them for two days, but the airbag preform is above it all! 15 pounds of air and I can carry whatever I need. My little trailer flexes a little on my 2016 {2″} f150, 15 pounds, and it barely moves 1/8″. LOVE THE PRODUCT so far. For example 30 pounds made my truck 12-16 inches and it goes up to 100 pounds. No, I

Very choppy driving is best for shocks, struts and suspension

The airbags certainly helped load my caravan but at the cost of a decent ride the other 99% of the time my truck is on the road. The ride is almost incredibly rougher. I've tried several different air pressures when not towing and while some are better than others, the overall ride is totally unacceptable. My F150 Supercrew handles way worse than any other tonnage I've ridden. Unless you're pulling/carrying a lot of weight on a regular basis I would advise against installing them. I trade my…

Not suitable for use, significantly reduced axle and suspension travel.

Supposed to fit my 2018 F150 but airbags and mounts don't allow enough freedom of movement. After installing the kit and road testing, the rear suspension sags badly on small bumps. With this kit, the suspension travel is significantly reduced. When installing the airbags, attachment proved to be very difficult due to the limited space available. Don't buy this for your 2018 F150 because it's wrong! When I contacted their tech support they told me I must have installed it wrong right? It can…

The airbags are very easy to install. problem with them after installation.

The airbags are very easy to assemble. The problem with them is that once installed, there is no suspension travel. The truck only has about 1 1/2 inches of travel to hit the ground. Therefore, when you ride it, a small bump in the road will override the suspension. It needs to be redesigned to increase travel. My 1 ton truck rides better than this one with 5 pounds of air. I am sending them back as they are worthless. You can just put steel blocks there and go with the same success. After…

Pros
  • Delivery was very fast
Cons
  • nothing

Installed airbags and wireless air compressor system. The supercharger control only dropped the airbag pressure to 5# and held the pressure at 5#, the ride was very harsh and uncomfortable. Added a switch to turn off the supercharger and lower the airbag pressure to 2# and the ride improved but didn't return to the original. Drive a camper trailer next week to see if the performance under load justifies the trade-off with unloaded stiffness. I will update. I will update. Spoke to AirLift Tech…

All shares removed. Design flaw

I usually like that this company installed them on the previous generation F150 with no problems, but the design flaw is that they remove all fender gaps for 2015 and even with at fully deflated pockets are just 2 inches of travel left, which as soon as you hit a pothole will punch out the bottom and wipe out the pockets. After installing and discovering this problem, I searched the internet and found that many people were having this problem. I think in order to get this kit to work on my…
