I wasn't overly impressed with this pan. The description clearly states that it can be used both on the grill and in the oven. I chose it for the handles, holes and the fact that it's stainless steel, a combination I was happy to find. It doesn't cook evenly and I have burnt cheese, almost burnt crust around the edges and crust. a flaky bottom that sticks to the pan even after using lots of cooking spray beforehand, and an unfinished and crumbly center. This leaves more crust on the pan than on a pizza slice. This also results in very different cooking times compared to other perforated pans that I have used in the past. I follow the directions for my homemade dough and still add almost 10 minutes of prep time to try and get the center to the right doneness. I want to return this item, but the return shipping cost is more than what I paid when I bought it.
