The whole cup fell off!
The entire cup literally came off one of the strings! I've only had it for 4 months and paid over $1000 for this machine. Nobody answers your calls, voicemails or emails! I was told that there is a guarantee against defects and this is definitely a defect. I NEED NEW CUPS!
