Review on πŸ“Ό JVC DRMV150 DVD Video Recorder VHS Hi-Fi Stereo: Feature-packed Recording and Playback Device by Clint Fick

Revainrating 4 out of 5

I like it! Best in DVD Players and Recorders

This combo does everything I wanted it to and so far it's doing it well (after two weeks). I could give 5 stars. I have no complaints. I needed a new VCR but couldn't find one. Firstly I still have an analogue input so I needed a combo with an analogue tuner which most combos don't have. I am completely satisfied with the recording and playback quality on the video recorder and can now also record and play back on DVD. The recording and playback quality is good. I'm sure I'll start recording almost everything to DVD now. I've found over the years that VHS tapes are often not suitable for recording and re-recording (I've found that tapes start to jam, especially if you're only recording for a short time, like half an hour or an hour ). but apparently i don't have this problem when i use dvd-rws. With this combo, I can still play my old video tapes and convert them to DVD. Also, I'm ready for the time I have to switch to digital input. The combo does a lot and it took me a while to learn the basics, but the instruction manual is good and a couple of times I called JVC 800 for help, they were quick to answer my questions. So far I can recommend this combination without hesitation.
