These little villains are expensive for what they're made of. I bought three different brands in a short period of time, thinking that they should basically be the same - they aren't. The quality of the wood, the way the pieces are attached and the strength of the screws set it apart from the other two. I was surprised that the Bessey product was made quite cheaply in comparison. The differences might not be so obvious if they weren't side by side. They are often used in my shop and all three are suitable for this purpose, Jorgensen is slightly better.
