Bought for my fiance after his scanner was stolen from his truck. This block didn't work. Refused to update, couldn't read the codes. Obviously you need to install software on the device for it to work, unlike ANY quality scanner it's ever had. Tech support is useless and they told me I have to keep reinstalling the software. Tech support's last suggestion was that my fiancee's advanced computer was "not good enough" to run crappy Chinese software. Raven covered the return.
