I like that it has all different types or layouts for our accounts to be able to customize them as per your needs! It's not great at looking up old reports (or even creating new ones), but other than that - everything works well with this program. If you're searching for something really easy/basic then go ahead if you want simplicity. For us though we needed more features so there isn't much simpler out there in my opinion. We use it when tracking inventory levels, making sure jobs are running smoothly etc. I like that it's easy to use for my small business. It has all the features you would expect in a quality control program. The customer service can be slow at times when working with larger companies. We have had great success using this product but sometimes it takes awhile to get things rolling. If you are looking for something simple, then give it a try! You won't regret. Not much so far. As mentioned above, we needed something very simple to keep track of our jobs as they come through the process.
