Quality software and excellent support team

I like that it has all different types or layouts for our accounts to be able to customize them as per your needs! It's not great at looking up old reports (or even creating new ones), but other than that - everything works well with this program. If you're searching for something really easy/basic then go ahead if you want simplicity. For us though we needed more features so there isn't much simpler out there in my opinion. We use it when tracking inventory levels, making sure jobs are running

  • Has an option where customers may enter their own information into job tickets.
  • Can create custom forms easily without programming knowledge required; just need basic computer skills which is what most people will already possess before purchasing QC software suchas ours used here today called Qualitest QA3DQC Software by Tekla Technology Group Inc
