This phone mount works! I use a smaller phone (iPhone 5s) and the phone stayed in place while driving on very rough (deteriorating) roads. I've only ridden it over 100 miles and it's held in place by a silicone strap. There's some shake factor, but it's minimal. The only downside is that during my travels, I see every email, call, text, etc. as it comes through. Also, because my phone is so easily accessible, I accessed my Strava workout app at every stop. And opening the app often causes the battery to drain quickly (I think Apple can help with that, since they almost said their latest marketing strategy is to force their dwindling supporters to upgrade). And yet I digress.
