Perfect fit 1:1 for 2012 Cadillac CTS Coupe 3.6V. My OEM unit did not click well and the issue has been resolved. Good luck with the installation, because the glove box's metal bar that sits directly in front of it prevents you from pulling out the fan motor. I used a dremmel to cut about 4 inches off the aluminum support beam to install it. I honestly don't know how the dealer replaces the fan without removing the whole dash. Terrible design but after installing a new one I was still able to safely install the glove box. Don't forget to pack some plastic if you decide to go this route as you will end up with aluminum and plastic waste everywhere.
