Review on 🔒 Enhance Security with Install Essentials 524N High Power Door Lock Motor by Jessie Zdunich

This is great and a lot more compact than the standard 524 door lock motor. I installed two of these (instead of the stock two) in my F150 (2014) tailgate with a trunk step and thigh mat on the tailgate . Works very well. Opens the tailgate every time. And with 2 tailgate assistants DZ43200. Yes, I know DeeZee says not to put it on the passenger side. Regardless, I installed it there and haven't had any problems so far. I didn't have the one you see in the picture. The illustration shows the motor protruding from the side of the drive housing. Mine has a more streamlined motor and looks more like the 5 wire version of the same actuator.
