Broke after 4 months, 3 times
**Update** worked fine. The problem was that Windows 10 is terrible. I tried using Windows Media Player to rip audio CDs. Lesson learned, use iTunes instead. I have used it 3 times in 4 months. Now it doesn't work. Do not buy this item or from this seller.
