The case came disassembled and there were drill bits lying around, luckily I had a set of micrometers and was able to take them apart. I was just expecting the drills to be sharp and drilled so I tried a few drills and they drilled really well but after inspecting the drills a bit more closely I noticed that the corner was worn in a few places, not bad if you don't want to drill a straight hole. To sum up if you don't need a box just bits and you can sharpen drills this is a good buy for the price paid.
