Review on 🏃 ASICS Contend Running Shoes: Silver Electric for Enhanced Performance by Jon Booth

These shoes are great (especially since I bought them on sale). I run seriously (10 miles a day on average). After running so much I am always looking for a new pair as I have 5 or 6 pairs of shoes a year. And my favorite brands are Asics and Saucony. There are other premium brands with a premium price. But Asics can pretty much keep up with any of them with their budget shoes. From the moment you took the shoes out of the box they felt light. Pressing the heel with my fingers was comfortable - not too hard, but not too soft either. Anyone who thinks too soft is good (memory foam) is wrong. It's like walking on sand – it may seem brisk for the first few steps, but then it gets very tiring. I don't care about style as I'm going to hit her pretty hard. Then I put my shoes on. They felt very comfortable. They felt slightly narrower than my previous shoes of the same size but from a different brand. But there was room for the fingers. Arch support was adequate. I felt like my feet were firmly defined by the shoes. The idea is to make sure the entire part of your foot is snug against the inner lining of the shoe. upper mesh is breathable. The laces are a bit short when using the top eyelets. I like threading the laces through the top holes for a snug fit. But no problem, I have some laces from other sneakers. I usually walk around the house in new shoes for a few days to break them in before taking them out to run. Felt absolutely fantastic. Then I picked up my shoes for yesterday's 15 mile run. You did very well. No pain, no pain, no blisters. Every time I run a new pair I feel a noticeable difference compared to the last pair I used. This is mainly due to the fact that the last pair gradually hardened. This one felt the same way. I mostly ride pavement so traction isn't an issue. But don't expect them to do well with fall leaves on the ground, especially if they're wet after the rain. In short, these are great running shoes. Asics did an excellent job and once again gained a satisfied customer. I hope you all do a great job here too.
