Unfortunately about 3 years ago I installed a new MD sleeper (72" sleeper) with the same rubber strip. during the pruning season and almost none during the winter/cold season. At the same time it is very sorry the right side of that upholstery material was torn and wouldn't close the door.MD offered to send me a "one time replacement sample" for free but shipping would take 15 business days so I went with this replacement, mine In my opinion especially since the gap under the door to the rubber gasket is my opinion that MD should make a stronger material or offer buyers of their products faster and free shipping replacements for loose debris and make sure the grooves this gasket fits in too residue-free are a solid base of your hand to hammer it in place, or use a hammerless hammer by leic tap on it and push in. In my opinion, Install has a better design and of course much stronger material, hence the star rating.
