The best thing about connotate was that it could integrate with all my other tools, so I didn't have to use multiple applications for different things (like email marketing). Sometimes when you do something wrong in the system, it takes ages before they fix it! You should be able to create more than one list at once - this makes managing your contacts easier. Our main benefit from using Connotate was being able to send mass emails out without having to manually enter each individual contact into an application like MailChimp or AWeber etc.
