When I received the product, upon initial inspection I found it to be of good quality and sound. On first use, air leaked from the opposite tip of the one being used, so more air came out than went in. I decided to explore. How to fix/repair the problem. Disassemble the handpiece by unscrewing it. Inside, carefully remove the first seat washer that rests against the valve stem. Then remove the brass seat. A little force may then be required to remove the solid rubber ball. However, this can block his movement. In this case, metal fragments remained from the drilling process. Also check the channel for rough edges that could interfere with the free movement of the ball. Here's how it works: the ball blocks the side that isn't being used. the end. So I sanded and cleaned the ball channel. Collected and checked again. This part worked great this time! But another air leak, leaking exhaust valve. Unscrewed it from the assembly. Blow it out and apply a waterproof sealant to the o-rings. Now the whole block works as good as it looks. I would give the device 5 stars if it worked properly out of the box. But since I had to repair a brand new device before I could use it I'll only give it a 3. But now if you receive a device that doesn't work as advertised like I did, you know how to fix it . And for Milton quality. control you need to overpower these guys! This is a great product when these things are fixed.
