Seems reasonably sturdy for the price, assembling was pretty straightforward. One of the parts (dumbbell rod) had a manufacturing defect in the interior screw liner, I was not able to screw it in. I contacted customer support and they immediately sent me the replacement part within 24 hours, so 5-stars for customer service.PS: I lift moderate weights (ex:135 lbs) and I weigh about 185 lbs and I am 6 feet tall, the bench and squat rack seemed sturdy and wide+tall enough for my needs. I can’t really say how it might measure up for heavier weights.
