Poor quality

My wife received these shoes from September 15, 2018 to the end of November 2018 rain. The soles got deep cracks and were completely worn through in places. The shoes didn't quite last December. She walks an average of 1.5 miles a day and the temperature has been mild to cold. In comparison, a pair of Merrel sandals lasted 3 years under the same conditions over a wider range of temperatures.
