I have tried very expensive grinders, grinders, automatic grinders and I keep coming back to these. The New York Times keeps writing about the need for a burr grinder to get an even grind to avoid bitter coffee, but I think this is getting to Labor. 99% of people won't notice the difference. You'll get a consistent (enough) grind if you know what you're doing and give it some trial and error to dial in a specific grind. I use an Italian Bialetti press and this grinder helps me. Make fantastic and consistent coffee all day long.
