They are great for general use - that's what I bought them for. I've never had a problem with losing anything due to vibration etc. They curl easily and hold tight. People who have complained about them not holding, snapping etc are most likely NOT using the right tool to crimp them (or any other connector for that matter). Invest in a decent crimping tool and most likely you won't encounter any problems. Stick to the correct wire size for the appropriate connector and you won't have any problems either. You can't stick an 18 gauge wire into a blue or yellow connector and expect it to hold up. Alternatively you can bend them 90 degrees, just do this gently. Overall a good product.
