The customer service is amazing when you have questions or need help with something that's not working correctly! I wish there were more people available for phone support during business hours so we could get some resolution faster but it seems like they're always swamped by other calls at this time of day!! We needed an all-inclusive solution because our previous provider didn't offer everything (such as mobile apps). They did provide us with what was necessary though - great communication throughout setup process!
