I set my hand on fire. I bought 2 of these. Both had problems when the base broke the match when trying to light it. Even if a match has been soaked in the recommended liquid for several days, it will be difficult to light. The liquid is in a container that you have to hit. When you hit it, you tend to pull on the liquid container. Most of the time I had no problems. But then I tried to light it again, which caused the liquid to splatter on my hand. At the same time the match lit. I managed to put out the fire. I didn't get any serious burns from it, but it's not safe. The design is seriously flawed.
