I rarely write reviews and when I do I'm often praising a favorite product. Unfortunately not this time. This product, the FANCYDELI dog car seat, is a terrible waste of money and likely a hazard to your pup. I saw some negative reviews for this product but was influenced by the positive reviews and my desire to save money so I bought this cheap car seat for my little pup. Unfortunately I became ill after receiving the product and was only able to try the car seat after the 30 day return period had expired. This car seat has many bad qualities. First, it's mushy. My pup, who was only 10.5 pounds when I tried it on him, flexed the bottom panel which should have easily supported his light weight. Although I installed it per the instructions, most of the straps didn't fit properly on the adjustable pieces and came loose during the short ride, although the pup didn't move much. The seat was lowered so that it was slightly higher than the car's actual seat, meaning the pup was too low to be seen from the outside. The 3 bars (1 in front and 2 on the sides) of the dog seat didn't stay in place either. During a 3-mile test drive at approximately 25 mph, the sides flexed and formed a triangular shape around the pup. The whole seat wobbled, especially on every turn, even though the turns were very slow. A set of straps at the front of the seat rather than the corners also made it difficult for the pup to get in and out. Also this product is terrible! Save your money and probably your pup's life by avoiding this product.
