Review on 💧 Drinking Water Filtration System - Countertop Pesticides, Herbicides & Chlorine Remover by Christopher Gonzalez

I had this for about a year and it worked fine until I had to change the filter. I first tried using the plastic key that came with it and when that didn't work I contacted the seller to make sure I wasn't doing anything wrong. The seller advised me to try a wrench or have someone help me open it as apparently water pressure can create a seal making it difficult to open. I answered them and said no one could open it and they told me to try soaking it in hot water. I've tried soaking it multiple times, I've used a wrench and other people have also tried to help and I've never managed to open the thing which is very annoying considering I also bought a replacement filter , which I can't return. . I suppose it's a decent filter for the price if you don't mind replacing the entire unit after a few months, but personally I'd look for something more reliable. Even if it costs a little more, I think a filter that you can actually open would be worth it!
