I liked the easy installation. Install simply by removing the filter at the end of the faucet. It comes with an adapter which I've been crazy looking for. I found it at the bottom of the filter. I had this for about a year and it worked fine until I had to change the filter. I first tried using the plastic key that came with it and when that didn't work I contacted the seller to make sure I wasn't doing anything wrong. The seller advised me to try a wrench or have someone help me open it as apparently water pressure can create a seal making it difficult to open.
