good product, works well

follow the instructions. The product works well, turning the peeled rust into a black oxide. Rust must be brushed or lightly sanded, not stripped down to bare metal. Only treats the top coat, when applied to flash rust only the top coat is treated. Once this layer is peeled off or brushed off, the bottom layer will not be processed. It is not a sealer product so loose rust must be removed for best results.
