Review on 🖨️ Creality and TronXY Printers Equipped with Micro Hotend by Trey Michaels

Originally I wanted to use this to replace my now broken hotend on my Ender 3. After months of using the stock hotend, I finally loosened the threads by overtightening the nozzle. The installation of the Micro Swiss Hotend went great at first, but then got into chaos. I had nothing but trouble. I thought I was very careful and meticulous when installing the hot end, but found that no matter how careful I was, the thermal break threaded hole and nozzles were deburred before I assembled them, resulting in massive clogs , which took several hours to clear. I reinstalled after cleaning and still had problems. Then I wrote my first review and gave the product 2 stars. I was planning to order the whole thing again because I thought I had received a bad product, but then the Micro Swiss team contacted me. I am very happy with my experience from this point on. I sent pictures of the damaged hotend and they sent new parts for the parts that didn't work. They included a photo that helped me cleanly install the new hotend and a video that explained everything very well. This customer service experience was excellent and probably the best I've had with Revain to date. While I'm still disappointed in the original product I received, the company fixed my issue very quickly and sent me a new hotend that arrived in just a few days with great installation instructions. I can't confirm how important it is to follow the installation instructions exactly as everything has been working great ever since. It's a shame my initial experience with Microswiss was so sour after hearing only good things about them, but they quickly changed my mind about their company and delivered a quality product which I've been using ever since. Thanks to this experience, I have upgraded my rating to 4 stars. Given the exceptional support it would have been a perfect 5 stars but I can't help but feel like I shouldn't have had any issues with the product at all hence the docked star. I recommend this hotend because even if you somehow come across something that doesn't work, if you can provide proper error documentation it will always fix it. Thank you MicroSwiss!
