Improved Extrusion for Precision Printing

The Micro Hotend performed exceptionally well on my 3D printer, creating finely detailed prints with ease. The compact size also allowed for more accurate placement of the hotend. The only downside was having to adjust the temperature settings as it required a higher temperature than my previous hotend. Overall, a great investment for any Industrial and Scientific printing projects.

Pros
  • Easy to install and compatible with multiple printers
Cons
  • Occasional clogging issues with certain types of filaments

I've tried very hard to make it work. I have read many reviews, multiple blogs and online forums saying this is a great upgrade. In my experience it caused jams or tension on almost every print, although I changed the print temperature and took away the temperature settings to better suit what was…

Mixed experience that ended well.

Originally I wanted to use this to replace my now broken hotend on my Ender 3. After months of using the stock hotend, I finally loosened the threads by overtightening the nozzle. The installation of the Micro Swiss Hotend went great at first, but then got into chaos. I had nothing but trouble. I thought I was very careful and meticulous when installing the hot end, but found that no matter how careful I was, the thermal break threaded hole and nozzles were deburred before I assembled them…

Pros
  • Easy to use
Cons
  • Short instructions
