The Micro Hotend performed exceptionally well on my 3D printer, creating finely detailed prints with ease. The compact size also allowed for more accurate placement of the hotend. The only downside was having to adjust the temperature settings as it required a higher temperature than my previous hotend. Overall, a great investment for any Industrial and Scientific printing projects.

If you only print from PLA it's a waste of money that only complicates your workflow and makes the prints worse than on a standard hotend. I bought it in April 2019, it's now late January 2020. Originally I wanted to use this to replace my now broken hotend on my Ender 3. After months of using the stock hotend, I finally loosened the threads by overtightening the nozzle.
