Review on 🚲 Thule Yepp Rear Rack: Enhancing Convenience and Versatility by Bob Souza

Revainrating 1 out of 5

I wanted Thule's brands to match. So I made it with a bit of engineering

So I really wanted this rack to work. I measured mine and my wife's Electa city bikes and mine had disc brakes. And they had the same external dimensions. So I bought this yepp maxi trunk rack and seat. So I pick up the stand and notice that the disc brake caliper is sticking out about 3/8 inch. So I need some washers to clean it. Light. home depot. Attached is a photo of what I bought. And to make it easier, I have a Thule bike trailer with lots of trunk space. I used 1 washer so there was no metal to metal. And if you don't like the axial way of connecting these racks. There is another way that works with the screws that come with the bike seat. I also had to get spacers to attach the front seat to my bike because my frame was flimsy. I have included some photos to show how I did this work. hope this helps you Like I said. I really wanted to use the same brand all together. I didn't want a carrier made with a Thule bike seat adapter. So I took a chance and spent another $10 on home storage and now I have the settings I wanted. And these racks are made of soft metal, so you can tilt them slightly away from the bike to get over obstacles.
