- They always made sure we were happy throughout every step of our implementation (we had over 200 items at one point) & helped us through all problems as they arose.- The level of knowledge was amazing! I didn't see anything i didnt know how it worked but if you ask them questions when things would get tricky or confusingly technical they could explain what's going wrong straight away!! So helpful especially during early learning periods before everything gets figured out for yourself :) great people who really understood my business needs/desires so well from start off. Nothing specifically except maybe just general "support" once some features got implemented. Their communication can be spotty sometimes which is annoying since its often not your fault :P If they're busy then expect slow response times though this isn't due too many factors outside there control. Great partners overall tho very knowledgeable regarding amazon marketplaces including pricing etc., excellent service providers that listen intently to customer requirements while also providing clear feedback. They were able to come up different strategies for us when it comes marketing our products through retail stores or online sites like amazon etc.-Their customer service is very good they always respond quickly to emails & chats - Their pricing structure seems fair enough because many times you don't know if your spending too much money so I would say go ahead this was one of my favorite agencies we worked together over almost 3 years now.
