PROS: - Even cooking throughout tray - Various sizes fit all pans - Great for cooling baked goods (smallest size is perfect for a standard loaf) CONS: - Cleaning is HORRIBLE (details below) - Sheets were warped/uneven [Cleaning] The images and "universal" descriptions on the product page are definitely misleading. This means these racks can be used for cooling baked goods (cookies/muffins/bagels) as well as cooking/roasting meat. However, these racks are not coated with anything, meaning meat and butter will stick to the racks and all. Lonely. Gap. I've oven-cooked bacon on it three times now, and whether it's warm or chilled, soaked overnight or wiped clean, the peeling process is long and tedious. Use a cleaning toothbrush or grill brush for this. [Bent/Uneven] The legs of all three posts don't sit flat and trying to bend the sheet metal so that all four legs touch is a terrible task. The first time I used baking sheets, I almost threw one on the floor when the sheet fell over. Overall impression: 3/5 stars. You get what you pay for. Next time I'll buy a non-stick meat/grill sheet and just keep it in the fridge.
