I like the product and the choice of several proposed sizes. I also use it when defrosting meat or whatever I need to defrost. Placing the meat on the grill allows air to circulate around the dish and it defrosts faster.

While the smallest in the set is so small it's a waste of metal, the other three have a decent amount of usable space. All four posts have 0.5 inch wire spacing. apart, so they should fit just about anything that needs a refrigerated display case. My set was a bit warped. They don't sit perfectly flat, but that's not really a usability issue.

Sizes are slightly different from the traditional half sizes for whole sheets. They can still be used in these pans, but they don't sit flat in them and tend to move when being transferred from the oven to the counter and vice versa. Otherwise they are great!

They fit my needs perfectly, especially given the different sizes they deliver. I was able to use two smaller racks for my very large baking pans to bake chicken wings. They're perfect because I just lined the bottom with aluminum foil and drained the juice and oil from the chicken onto the bottom. Cleaning was easy and the shelves were strong enough to hold whatever wings I put on them.

04/05/2019: Used to cook roast beef. Ideal for this purpose. All surfaces, including the always-dangerous intersections of crossed wires, are almost instantly cleaned in hot dishwater. No distortion from a 500 degree oven. Very satisfied. A variety of sizes will come in handy on a regular basis. These are good shelves. I use them for cooling grates and for baking. The challenge is the baking. They are made of stainless steel and are a good wire size and the rods are all parallel (rather than braided/criss-cross) so they are easy to clean with minimal sticking. My old racks are made from a thinner non-stick material which by design sticks to things like chicken making it difficult to keep the meat or skin intact and also difficult to clean while protecting the "non-stick" surface.
