I had to take the time to write this review because of the service and care I received from the supplier of this product. I ordered the "larger" version of this collar for my Chessie who has a 20 1/2" neck. When I received the collar it was too small although the size recommendation said it should have fit her. maybe 30 different ones Collars (first time I bought a collar online) I found out pretty quickly that sizing varies from manufacturer to manufacturer so this was a chance and I took it.Well lesson learned no problem I requested an RMA from Revain to return the product left a quick message to the seller saying the collar was too small and moved on.I ordered another collar from another supplier that said it was for a dog with a neck between 19" and 26". fits. , so I figured I couldn't go wrong and ordered it. When I received a notification from Revain about my order, I also received an email from this supplier, in who was told that he apologized for the problem and offered to fix it. I informed him that I would have already ordered another one and that I don't blame them and I have no regrets, but they insisted on making me happier than I already was. They did. I will say that it was nice to feel that your decision to buy from them mattered and not just a few bucks. Kudos to the folks at Soft Touch Collars for supporting not only your product but your desire to keep your customers happy. Many Thanks. Now to the product. I just got it so I can't tell how it will be in a year or so after she has swum in the lake several times (her favorite hobby), horseback riding in the woods and skied in the snow. At first glance you can see that it is made of quality. Stitching is neat, I haven't noticed any loose/poor stitching. The hardware is undoubtedly heavy and will likely hold up well enough. I just put it on her and it fits great. If you are considering this collar, you may want to order one size up if you are close to the collar size limit. Good product, great customer service.
