These are the best cutting boards I have ever owned! They're organic and recyclable, but they're better quality than bamboo, walnut, plastic, etc. They're very light and extremely durable. All four corners of each board have non-slip rubber feet to prevent slipping while cooking. The legs stick out evenly on both sides of the boards, so you can flip them over and use either side. These boards have been cut, chopped and cleaned almost daily in our kitchen, but there is not a single stain on them; they still look like new. They're dishwasher safe and won't absorb water, so you don't have to worry about warping and/or cracking over time.
