The best thing about using this system is its simplicity of use; it's easy for volunteers who are not tech-savvy at all! Also being able solve problems in real time without any hassle from IT department or support team was great too as we have been facing issues with our previous systems which were very costly compared to Kinetic System (which costs nothing). Not much yet but I am sure once they get more users/customers then things will be good enoughtay say something negative here :) We've made many changes by ourselves like adding new fields etc so far no complaints there though when you're solving an issue yourself instead going trough their customer service channel than everything works out well ;) As said earlier if anyone needs help just post questions online & someone would answer within minutes!
