Review on 🧁 Efficiently Bake Delicious Mini-Muffins with the Chicago Metallic Mini-Muffin Pan by Kate Windish

This is a standard 2 dozen mini muffin pan with non-stick coating. But what makes it special is its balance. What you DO NOT want when filling 2 dozen cups is for the pan to wobble or wobble. It's a well weighted and balanced pan that doesn't wobble for me over months of use. So for me that makes it perfect. It is also nice that the non-stick coating is well made, which makes this pan very easy to clean. And I love that it can be used with or without paper liners - I use paper liners for cupcakes because they can be messy, but not for cupcakes and I can tell you the pan works great either way. All in all, a high-quality pan that is fun to bake in.
