I bought this cell phone for my husband for his birthday - the speaker is so quiet that you can hardly hear it and the battery started to shrink after 2 months of use warm up. I contacted Amazon and they connected me to One Plus. After two 40 minute LONG CALLS the One plus representative refuses to replace a NEW phone as I bought it from AMAZON selling PARTNER PREMIER SALE. They refused to replace it with a new phone, they offered to repair it with no guarantee for the future. My husband has had the One plus for 5 years now and this is how they treat regular customers. The Amazon representative was very nice, she tried to help. THERE IS NO ONE PLUS MENTION WHERE THE PRODUCTION GUARANTEE IS DIFFERENT IF YOU BUY FROM AMAZON - VERY DISAPPOINTED
