Review on Swept by Sam Anez

I love this website has enabled an online appointment system for our staff which allows them to schedule appointments at no extra cost to themselves. I do not have any issues with Swept other than it's sometimes slow to load for some users. I can also see when staff are unavailable or out sick. It does not seem to be very secure if people work from many different sites, as they need access to login details etc. We use Swept for bookings of all types from cleaning to office services. There would be nothing better in terms of appointment management. I like how easy it was to set up. It's very intuitive and user friendly. The support team is awesome as well! There really isn't anything I dislike about this program. It has made my life easier by providing me with reports and graphs on what areas of our building are most dirty so we can focus our cleaning efforts there first. It also helps us schedule janitorial services more efficiently.
