The yellow shirt is an Old Navy shirt, size 12-18 months, the shirt above is the shirt I bought, it's a size 2t/3t shirt. As you can see it is significantly smaller than a 12-18 month old shirt so the sizing is wrong. I was very disappointed. I put a gray shirt and a black shirt on top of each other from the same package and as you can see there is even a size difference so it's not even an exact size and all the shirts in the package are crossed out.
