Works great. We solved our current drain problem when my wife's Mercedes was off (0.5 amp constant leak). Much cheaper and easier solution than expensive difficult solution to electrical problems. The wireless remote control simplifies installation. Otherwise you will have to switch to the cockpit, which can be very difficult depending on the car. My wife forgets to use it and I was able to turn on the switch from home. I connected the starter directly to the battery (because I was sure the starter wasn't my problem) and the rest of the car above it. So it was more convenient for me, but I don't see any problems going through everything. Because a lower quality switch will not support the high currents required by the starter. So I highly recommend doing this instead of trying to just use the toggle switch. It really saved me a lot of hassle and trouble. Problems like these can ruin a good car that was installed in 20 minutes on a frosty day. They didn't exist before, I'm so thankful.
